Perfect weekend away
Publié le 13 nov. 2024 sur HomeAwayBeautiful cosy cottage, we really appreciated the welcome pack - thank you, the fire was laid ready to light, cottage had everything you needed and the location was perfect, we could een check in early on that day if we so wished.....will definitly book again, thankyou Anne.

Comfortable cottage in great location.

Utter disappointment
Publié le 4 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe arrived for our four night stay with high hopes. The village was quaint, and the pub excellent . However, the cottage was a disappointment. First impressions, the kitchen had not had a good clean in quite awhile. Food scraps in the kitchen sink and a floor that needed sweeping. The message board was out of date and made references to things not provided by the host. There are partial ocean views, the ad said. Maybe, but couldn’t see it out the filthy windows. Last but not least, we flushed the toilet and a horrible smell was noticeable all through the cottage. We stayed only one night because we just couldn’t hack the smell that never went away . Owners swear there was nothing wrong with the place after their inspection.

Fantastic location, lovely cottage
Publié le 7 août 2024 sur HomeAwayWe loved our stay in Staithes. The cottage is in the centre of the cute, quaint and dog friendly seaside village. The cottage is well equipped, comfortable and Anne was very helpful with setting up a travel cot and advising where best to park. We highly recommend staying here, and when you do make sure to visit Betsy & Bo!
