The service at breakfast was very poor. Waited 75mins before order came
When this was reported to the general manager her response was indifferent at best and never mind she would pass the message to the kitchen but it was sunny in Saltburn !! Never once apologized. This marred an otherwise pleasant stop over.

Sit and absorb the view
Publié le 26 juin 2024 sur HotelsAnother fabulous visit to The Spa. Unfortunately only two nights this year! All the building work has been completed and it’s a wow. Yet again the greatest asset of this hotel is its staff. These are the friendliest group of people who will literally do anything to make sure your visit is splendid. Not everything can be perfect but be sure that The Spa will work hard to reach the top.
