A 2-star hotel rather than a 4-star one
Publié le 29 août 2022 sur HotelsYou said a 4 star hotel ? Not even close. More a 2-star hôtel depending on which side your bedroom is: the renovated and modern one or the old one. Bad luck we got the old side and the bedroom was definitely not matching the 4-Star Standards. Not worth the money. I won’t recommend this hotel

Dear Valerie,We do not have an old side and a new side. The room you stayed in was exactly the room you had booked. We have standard rooms, and we have superior rooms. As you booked a standard room, that is where you stayed. It is exactly as described and as shown in the pictures on Hotels.com. The rooms are not old. They have a traditional Austrian style (as shown in the pictures) and are equipped with all the required conveniences of a 4-star hotel and more like air conditioning, sound proofed windows, refrigerator, free wifi, free tea and coffee making facilities and more. This is a very good 4-stasr hotel, and we work very hard to make our guests feel comfortable and enjoy their stay. We are sorry that we were not the hotel you were looking for.
