You want to have plenty of space even on vacation, a beautiful, quiet, yet close to the center located apartment? You want a contactless check in and a separate entrance? You want a cleaning/desinfection that follows the recommendations of the CDC? Then you've just found your perfect apartment! It is located on the mezzanine floor of our townhouse that was built in the 1920s and has been family owned ever since then. Since July 2017 we provide AIR CONDITION and the apartment has been renovated in autumn 2017. It has a total size of 150 square yards and is divided into a spacious (53 squareyards), well-furnished living room with relaxing area (with satellite TV, DVD player, stereo), a bed sofa for 2 persons and a bay window, which invites you to relax. The apartment is furnished with a unique blend of antique and modern furniture. 2 bedrooms (1 with double bed, 1 with 2 single beds), a bed sofa for 2 persons and in the bay window of the living room another single bed.. Fully equipped kitchen with washer / dryer, dishwasher, stove / oven, microwave, fridge, filter and espresso coffee machine and a cosy dining corner. Bathroom with large shower, separate toilet with a second sink. Free WiFi access. As a special service for our guests, we also offer a variety of teas, coffee and espresso as well as 'basics' such as vinegar, oil, salt, etc. for free. If you travel with your Baby we can provide a baby cot as well as a high chair.
Our guests are invited to use our garden.
A garage space can be booked on request (additional cost € 10, - per day).
Non smoking apartment, no pets allowed.
The owner's family lives in the same house and will be glad to help you with information or anything else you might need.

Great family sized apartment
Really enjoyed our stay here as a family. We had plenty of room to enjoy our stay. The apartment is around a 20 minute walk to the old town. Only issue we would highlight is for people who have a longer stay, the TV needs to be updated to accommodate streaming. For English speaking individuals you can’t really watch a TV that only has Deutsch channels.

The apartment is a short walk from the train station. My family of 5 stayed for three nights (which is not long enough for Salzburg, we should have had four or five nights).Michaela and Wolfgang showed us around the apartment and talked us through how to locate and operate the appliances. They are generous with their provision of kitchen and bathroom supplies. The rooms were always warm and the beds were comfortable. We had all that we needed .

Wir waren zum Besuch der Weihnachtsmärkte mit 4 Freundinnen in Salzburg.Die Wirtsleute sind top und haben uns viele Tipps gegeben. Wir haben uns prinzipiell sehr wohl gefühlt, allerdings darf man keine hohe Raumtemperatur erwarten. Auf jeden Fall speichere ich mir die Unterkunft für einen Frühjahr/Sommer Besuch ab.

Old World Charm in Salzburg
My wife and I had a very enjoyable week staying in Michaela's Salzburg apartment in October. It is very spacious with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a living room that is nicely decorated with comfortable furniture and paintings. The apartment is conveniently located on a quiet residential street and is a ten minute walk to shopping, grocery stores and the train station, and a pleasant twenty-five minute walk along the river to the 'Old Town'. It is also close to public transit with bus stops a few blocks away. Michaela was very responsive and easy to communicate with. She welcomed us on our arrival, gave us a thorough overview of the apartment and provided helpful suggestions regarding restaurants and attractions to visit. She is an excellent host and it was a pleasure to meet her. If you plan on visiting Salzburg, you wont be disappointed staying at her apartment. Thank you for a wonderful time.

Retirement trip
Was a great place in a great location. We had a minor issue with the shower and it was fixed the next day. Very nice and roomy place that we were able to walk to all the local attractions. Will recommend this place to all my friends and family. Kept our car here and took many day trips to the mountains. This place was perfect. We stayed a full month and have no complaints.

Wunderschöne Zeit
Wir hatten leider nur vier Tage, die wir aber sehr genossen haben. Das lag besonders an den sehr netten Vermietern, die ebenfalls im Haus wohnen und es uns an nichts haben fehlen lassen. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Lage ist perfekt, denn man kann direkt an der Salzach entlang in die Altstadt laufen.

Lovely living quarters
This property offers plenty of space, comfortable beds, quiet nights, and a safe environment. We enjoyed sufficient hot water for showers, cool breezes in the evening, and privacy. Several of the bus lines are only a few blocks away; the train station is a 15 minute walk. Our hostess has obviously given careful thought to what her guests might want or need during their stay such as paper towel, several spices, dishwasher and laundry detergents. She is easy to communicate with prior and during our stay. We would choose this lovely property again if we return to Salzburg.

Our stay was delightful . Our hosts have provided accommodation which has luxurious space, fabulous cleanliness and is well appointed. The location is ideal as it is close to the river with a short walk to the old town and main attractions. We arrived by train and it was an easy walk with luggage and two four year olds. Schöner Kurzaufenthalt in Salzburg
Die Ferienwohnung inkl. Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet und wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Wir (2 Deutsche, 1 Amerikanerin und 2 Italiener) hatten sehr netten und direkt multilingialen Kontakt mit den Gastgebern.Die Ausgangslage ist sehr gut: eine angenehme ruhige Umgebung und ein wunderschöner Spaziergang führt entlang der Salzach in die Altstadt. Sehr lecker fanden wir auch die Pizzeria "Il Padrino" ganz in der Nähe (hat auch bei unseren italienischen Freunden Anklang gefunden)

The few days we spent in Salzburg were amazing. Michaela was so helpful. We were traveling with my elderly father so we needed restaurants that were close and taxis & Ubers that would pick us up right outside the house. She made suggestions for several things to make the trip easier for us. The house is about a 10 minute walk from the train station. It’s central to the market & restaurants. If you want to visit the Old Town you will need to take a bus or taxi.

Small family had a great time
We stayed at this property for a week in the winter. It was perfect for our family of 4. The host was very accommodating and helpful for suggestions on where to take our small children. The property is in a good location; it is an easy walk to the historic center, restaurants, a nice brewery across the river, playgrounds, grocery stores, and the train station. The property was clean and well stocked with plates/pans and cooking basics like salt, oil, etc. Highly recommend.

Wonderful stay you Salzburg
We loved this property. While not in the old town district of Salzburg, it provided a very quiet setting. My wife and I stayed here with my 89 year old mother. Once we got the hang of the bus system, which did not take long, transportation to old town and other areas of Salzburg was easy. There is a bus stop just a short distance from the residence. We really enjoyed our stay!

Amazing place, great location, helpful owner
We have stayed in many VRBO properties but none better than this one. Spacious area, tastefully furnished & within easy walking distance from Salzburg sights. There are 2 separate bedrooms but a third bed is available in a separate area. Easy to communicate with owner who is willing to help with recommendations & guest needs. Kitchen is fully stocked, bathroom is large with separate rooms for shower/sink & toilet. Water pressure is great. Highly recommend

Wonderful Stay in Salzburg
We couldn’t have asked for a more accommodating host than Michaela. She was great. Her communication with us before our trip and her familiarizing us with the property and the surrounding area made us feel welcome and ready to embrace our Salzburg experience from the first moments. The property is definitely in a quieter neighborhood, but only a short 20 minute scenic walk in any direction to see most of the attractions. We did rent a car to venture outside the city, but parking is quite restrictive in the area. Michaela was more than accommodating and offered us a space on property for a very reasonable fee. The property itself was spacious, very clean and well stocked. I would absolutely recommend a stay here.
