Huone yllätti todella positiivisesti! Tilaa oli runsaasti kahdelle hengelle, näkymät parvekkeelta huikeat ja hinta-laatusuhde todella kohdallaan. Huoneesta löytyi kaikki tarvittavat välineet pidempäänkin majoittumiseen. Ainoina miinuksina keksin keittiön ikkunattomuuden ja ylimmän huoneiston yleisen turvallisuuden. Keittiössä ei ollut ikkunaa tai liesituuletinta, ja palovaroitin oli aivan lieden läheisyydessä. Ruoanlaitosta oli jätetty varoitus, että palovaroittimen lähdessä soimaan palokunnan käynnistä saattaa koitua suuri lasku (jopa 2500 €) asiakkaalle, joten ikkuna pitäisi jättää auki. Ylimmässä huoneistossa ikkunaa ei keittiössä kuitenkaan ollut, joten ruoanlaitto tuntui melko riskialttiilta. Yleisesti ottaen ylimmän huoneiston turvallisuudessa olisi myös parantamisen varaa: asuntoon pääsee koodilukollisen oven kautta, mutta tämä ovi on helppo kiertää, jolloin mahdollisilla varkailla on vapaa pääsy asuntoon, koska huoneen muita ovia ei ole suojattu koodilukolla.

A perfect location for everything. It's right in the old town of Salzburg where a lot of actions are. Easy transportation to everywhere, including the tram and buses to the Hbf right outside the building. It's clean and spacious. We enjoyed our stay there and recommending it.

Great little find in a good location
Publié le 25 févr. 2024 sur HotelsWe stayed here for a couple of nights to see a bit of Salzburg and do the Sound of Music tour. The apartment was super easy to find and we had a very spacious and clean apartment. Very good location. There are stairs (FYI, no lift, so if carrying a bit of baggage grates on you, don’t stay here) we had 3 suitcases and some skis between us and were absolutely fine. At first, walking in is a a little bit of an eyesore but you fault the apartment, very spacious, well decorated and welcoming. Communication was done via WhatsApp but can’t really fault that, it was very helpful and straight forward. Only thing was there was some noisy drilling before 8am but we are pretty early risers so it didn’t bother us. Nice cafe for breakfast just across the road!

Absolutely appalling stay at this property. The entire building is keyless and unmanned which is great in theory but awful when the digital locks fail and you are trapped inside the building for an hour. Their 24/7 customer service isn't responsive - they took over an hour to respond to the failed lock and the situation was only resolved by a German-speaking tenant calling a phone number.
BEWARE of Apartment 301 - the cleaner's closet is INSIDE your apartment after your front door, meaning there is ZERO privacy when using the kitchen, bathroom, or toilet. There's even a mirror installed so anyone in the cleaning closet can see you exiting the toilet.
Overall I have rarely had a worse experience than with this company. The unmanned aspects make it a joke and the whatsapp is primarily run by a Bot which makes interactions long and painful.
I Would not recommend staying here at all.

We were moved to another location due to the hot water heater issue. The new location was extremely inconvenient. We had to Uber or taxi everywhere. The 1st location was steps away from everything. That’s why we booked it. I don’t think we should have to pay the same price as the 1st location. 1st location was a beautiful big apartment. We were so sad to have to leave.

Unfortunately we had an issue with the hot water in Sonate and had to relocate you and other guests to other properties.
