The Leonardo Boutique Hotel in Salzburg was perfect. The location is amazing, it’s so close to the city center. It is within walking distance to many of the sights in Salzburg. We were able to store our luggage which allowed us to explore the city without any baggage. The staff was friendly and helpful. We highly recommend this hotel when visiting the lovely city of Salzburg!

We were welcomed by wonderful and friendly staff, and a free glass of Prosecco! We had many questions for the staff, including 2 requests for ice for our room. We were met each time with very helpful and kind staff, which was very much appreciate! The facility is very clean and modern- we loved our room and the bathroom was awesome. We were given a free bottle of sparkling water for the room, and in-room coffee/tea options. The breakfast selection was vast and very good! There are a lot of steps, but installation of the elevator makes it extremely accessible. Being from America, understanding how to actually get my car to the front of the building with using a code to lower road blocks at the entrance of the street was new and a learning curve. We did walk our luggage to the hotel initially, but friendly staff helped us through how to use codes to access the tiny streets when we left. The location was good, very busy as it is close to shopping and restaurants. I appreciated being in this area as opposed to the other side of the river. We would definitely stay again. Thank you!

Very comfortable and close to Christmas markets and other tourist locations. The only downside is we thought we were getting 2 double beds but it was 1 double and a double sofa bed.

Great hotel in a fab location to explore. Only let down by poor design choices for the bathroom - the door opened onto the sink/vanity unit resulting in a doorstop in front on the sink where you need to stand!

Parking is the only issue with this hotel.. there is a parkade about 2-3 blocks away but costs 39 euros per day. Great hotel for walkability to everything in Salzburg. Would recommend and would go again .. without a car though

Excellent location, less than 5 minutes walk to the river and all shops. Amiri was very friendly and helpful and gave us comp upgrade as it was my birthday, truly appreciate the gesture. Room size was really good. Shower was clean and good size bathroom. I would suggest to carry your toiletries with you as there was only a refill shower gel in the shower, no shampoo, no lotions or conditioner or any other toiletries. They had provided plenty of towels. Overall it was really nice and we will stay here again.

This was a wonderful place to stay on our first visit ever to Salzburg. The room was very comfortable and quiet. The little artificial artful stream running down in front of the entrance was fun. It's in a limited traffic area, so the taxi guy had a remote that lowered the barrier so he could drive us right to the door. There are some great restaurants at very reasonable prices in easy walking distance, and shops too, though very touristy shops and expensive, but we didn't come to buy souvenirs. I can highly recommend this place, and look forward to staying there again someday.
