DO NOT RECOMMEND! Worst experience ever. When we first walked in there’s was nobody to received us and then a guy comes out very unprofessional saying that there was no system to check me in and that he will give me a room and later on we will figure it out. He took us to the room and the smell in the property was disgusting, no cleanliness at all, the water of the pool was completely green (Yes! I understand it was a natural pool but that water didn’t look safe at all) the smell in the room was awful too. I had a front pool room and right next to the pool there was like a little pond full of worms and frogs. We immediately decided not to stay and the guy in charge didn’t even try to accommodate us or give a refund. I had very high expectations and it was a total disappointment. This place needs renovations ASAP

Horrible night with no amenities
Publié le 15 juill. 2024 sur HotelsThe hotel is way overpriced, I would not pay even a half of what we paid. The listing says $120 but we paid $225. We’re two adults, 2 kids and they made us pay extra guest fee for staying in a room with two beds, where typically kids stay free. There are no amenities, it’s like sleeping in a shack with no AC, no hot water, no glass windows (only wooden), with a bunch of insects flying. The pools are dirty not as pictured with turquoise water. The only thing that I liked was the view from the reception. There are two view points, but prepare to pay extra $5 per person if you want to have a table with a view. I would not recommend it to anyone! Such a ripoff!!!

Un gran lugar para desconectarte, todo está increíble. La atención de Josairy es impecable, de todos en realidad, las instalaciones y la música que hay es buenísimo. Me voy feliz y con ganas de regresar a Samana
