Très bon service

Not Value for Money
Publié le 15 mai 2019 sur HotelsThe front Desk Staff was not upto the mark, very very slow, incommunicable.
Rooms have small issue of curtains not closing completely on the sides due to structural defect.
The breakfast lay was not to the standards of other Swiss Bel Hotels where I have stayed. The staff in the Swiss Cafe was more interested in talking amongst themselves instead of looking after the guests.

Hotel wifi was very poor. The price also quite expensive, but i have to admit they have very good facilities.
