Super séjour

Un hôtel incroyable !! En pleine campagne avec une grande piscine, nous nous sommes retrouvé dans une bâtiment ou tout est luxe et couvert de peinture dorée. Les chambres sont superbes. Par contre, le service des équipes est vraiment moyen. Peux parlent anglais, et la restauration n'est pas à la hauteur du lieu.

That's a great hotel and very good service. It's highly recommended for families with kids. It's similar to turkish concept, every day they have different entertainment programs. Food is great, people as well. Few points to consider - aquapark is for kids only unlike in Turkey or other hotels, but there is no sign that parent not allowed with little kids though. I would question the cleaning of the rooms, like bathrobe and towels did not seem to be changed, we noticed it on our second, last day. If you get FullBoard, consider that lunch time ends at 3 pm, whereas check in at 3 pm and checkout at 12pm. One thing to note that, when I asked receptionist about it, he kindly offered extended stay to have a lunch, or informed that you can come earlier to have a lunch and then check in. That was pretty good response. One thing I didn't like is icy water in outside pool. That would be perfect if the water was warmer to allow people to enjoy it Overall, we had a wonderful time off. Would I come again ? For sure

Room readiness

Room was not ready, nothing was there for a 3rd person (extra bed, pillow, bath stuff). Refrigerator was not working. it was replaced afterwards. We kind of ended up with open-close door for couple of hours, instead of having a proper rest.

Not worth the price

Till arrived there i thought what will be the extra ordinary in this hotel due to such a high price.I was there in July and the price was 350azn per night.But believe me nothing extra ordinary! I stayed more cheaper hotels which were on the same level.Even found worse than others .Noisy air condition created abnormal noisy envoirment in my room.Meal taste was poor and with low choices. Service was poor as well.I contacted several times with reception to provide bed for child ,they promised but was unsuccessful.But I got thoothbrush somehow.Room condition such that becaming stale(old).Room is big,but not soundproof. Before accept the room check bathroom window.Someone decided to install big window to bathroom.If louvered curtain is not good enough everyone in the room will see how you are making poop)).By the way looks like hotel tend to be such one that earns money but not spending for restovration. Also bear in mind of ubsense of underground parking in case extremal weather condition,no protection for cars.All this about negative things There are a lot of things that create positive expression.Such as amazing location,great landscape design,pools,kid freindly envoirment,kind personel etc. To sum up the all,hotel is Ok so far.Would I come here again? Yes,if the price will be reasonable. Otherwise I would prefer to stay other same standart hotels which I have been.
