Lovely Alpine Hotel, great hosts
Posted Jan. 8, 2024 on HotelsOnly thing is the pool is too cold for the weather, I would rather it to be a few degrees warmer

Good quality hotel
Posted Mar. 29, 2023 on HotelsGreat location next to the ski bus stop. The hotel manager and his wife were very friendly and helpful when there was a problem with the ski lift operations.

We had an OK stay however we felt the hotel was too busy and there were too many people at the swimming pool/sitting area - there was no social distancing going on - so we didn't feel comfortable about using this facility, which was why we decided to book to stay there in the first place, so that was frustrating! The staff were nice, not very communicative however. The biggest problem however was the lack of air conditioning in the rooms - our room also had a room which got the afternoon/evening sun - it was like a sauna - overnight it was very difficult to sleep in such hot conditions. We also had the world's smallest toilet. However our bathroom had a bath so it was a nice luxury to draw a bath in the morning and open the windows to see the beautiful scenery. Dinner in the eve was nice, service was good, food good but portions a bit small, prices in line with the area. Overall nice enough and in a quite location, but it felt small and claustraphobic inside - wouldn't stay here again.
