Hotel très correct avec un bon petit dejeuner. Personnel charmant.

Hotel de montagne très soigné
Publié le 2 sept. 2014 sur HotelsL'hôtel est difficile à trouver dans cette petite station de montagne. Les chambres sont très soignées avec un décore moderne, rien ne manque. Petit déjeuner bon sauf jus d'orange mais cela semble être le cas de tous les hôtels de bulgarie.

Good comfort after skiing
Publié le 12 mars 2014 sur HotelsVery clean hotel with high standard, hotel is located at around 2 km from gondola but offers free shuttle for skiers and the quietness of surrounding forest. There is swimming pool (charged few euros). I really advise this hotel

Moved by the management to Festa Winter Palace *****. Great Location. Excellent food. Friendly staff. Not large, but very clean room. Swimming pool was cold. Good saunas.

Well-intentioned hotel. In practice the maintenance level is not good. For example, the gym does not work. Air conditioners were out of order and I changed rooms. No bedding is being changed. Shuttle to the ski resort at low frequency. The food is reasonable.
Booking a taxi through the receptionist at the hotel costs twice ... The sauna is good. The price is good. And the staff is nice except for the person who booked the taxi ...

The hotel is clean and warm , large family room . Good is good . Shuttle bus into the the Center is reliable .

I did not like the temperature of the pool (27*C). It is cold for the kids. The first bus to return from the ski center is at 15:45. It is too late. Other hotels have return busses starting at 14:00 every 30min. In the morning we had to rush to the bus to get a place to sit, since they don't have transportation every 30min, but every hour. The credit should be given the price that is lower than other hotels.

Convenient for local skiing

The hotel located in the middle of the forest, magical place. The pool could be a little bit warmer... good sauna, all facilities in a good condition. Its worthwhile to take a breakfast and dinner.
