I didn't like the fact that when I reserved the room online that it didn't come with a private bathroom. I then upgraded ar a huge price difference to a room that was designed for a person less than 5' tall. I had to stoop so low to enter and even to walk around in the room. I hit my head 5 times while entering and exiting the room

Publié le 30 déc. 2023 sur HotelsOn arrival bit of confusion with our room booking but sorted later by very friendly & helpful alternative staff member (who was lovely, spoke good English & was cheerful) 🐜🐜 Discovered we had an Ant colony living in our Toilet & those sun loungers pictured really do need a lot of TLC! Outdoor Dining area / garden ok but we’re disappointed in condition of guest house overall (but we’d just come from very well-maintained accommodation 10 mins scooper ride away!)

Value for money! The location is very easy and convenient to get there from Parapat as it was just next to the ferry pier, shops and restaurants. The room same as they showed in pictures. Room is clean and comfort with a mosquito net. Unfortunately no fan and suggested to provide a pair of slipper too.
