Rooms not well maintained. Lamps not working, toilet seat loose, carpet torn, etc.

I apologize that you did not enjoy your stay. In the future please tell the front desk of these issues and we can have the maintenance man fix them as soon as possible or we could move you to a different room. I hope you can give us another chance in the future!

Elevator was a little scary with all it's clanking. But everything else was fine.

Great Hotel!
