Multi-night reservation. They don’t tell you at check-in that you must request to have your room serviced. It would also be helpful if Hotels.com could tell you this about the location. The women at the front desk let me ask about when my room would be done with service AND sit and wait for a couple of hours. Only when I asked again did they say… well, did you request service? You have to ask the night before.

We've stayed here a few times. Prices of all the other hotels in the area are sky high! And the quality is not better. Will be back soon!

i booked the room thru Expedia but it does not show anywhere on Expedia that there will be a $200 deposit until I got there to check -in . so i was not prepared for the $200 deposit. I did not stay there. I ended up leaving and lost $76.60.

No electrical outlets except 1 located underneath the desk across the room from the bed. No hair dryer.

Microtell Inn & Suites in San Angelo is always clean and comfortable. They have a great breakfast bar with waffles, cereal, fruit, and various pastries as well as coffee and juices. The beds are comfortable and there are laundry facilities on every floor, which is a bonus you don't get in other hotels. It is easy access to food, entertainment, and the highway. This is my second visit to this hotel, and it'll be my first choice when visiting family in the area.
