I had reserved 2 rooms, they were not clean, toilet seat looked like it had not been cleaned, rooms smelled like cigarette smoke, in one room the pillows and sheets had hair, the other room one of the beds looked like someone took a nap on top of the bed and had used tissues on the side. Went to the front desk to ask if housekeeping had already cleaned the room & explained why. The attendant rolled eyes has she spoke with the housekeeping over the radio. Then when I asked about extra towels, she said there were no towels. But I was able to cancel my stay and get my money refunded without a problem.

Not the best hotel but not the worst
Publié le 11 août 2024 sur HotelsTowel and wash cloth were dingy and old. Bed sheet had stains, front entry way to the hotel was dirty and needed repairs. Ice machine barely worked if at all. Owners of these chain hotels need to invest back into them and keep them up.

Most disgusting place I've ever stayed at. The a/c was blowing nasty black stuff I had to tell them to clean because they do not clean rooms unless requested. There was a roach under the bed after they went and "cleaned"
