This place is a dump. Shame on Expedia for promoting this place. It was so bad that I left for another hotel, losing the money I paid for the room. It's all bad, dirty, matress was at least 25 years old, the bathroom is old dirty and smelling. DO NOT STAY THERE!

We booked a room here for 5 nights- we had to be close to the hospital due to a close family member’s serious illness. On the morning of our check out we found a bed bug. When presented to the manager in a cup he thought it was no big deal. He thought we were trying to scam him. He offered to comp us one night even though we were unknowingly sleeping with bed bugs for 5 nights! After a week, still zero compensation. Terrible management practices and very rude. We always like to support local businesses when we travel, but this was ridiculous! Do not stay here!

Dear Ms. Davis, First, please let me express my sympathy for the illness in your family that precipitated your travel. I hope you will also accept my apology for any issues you experienced during your stay. Your reservation was made thru an on-line company, and you paid them at the time of booking. For security purposes, your credit card details are not shared with the hotel but stay with the company that took the reservation. Therefore, we don't have control over when any refund is processed. I encourage you to call the booking company directly. We confirmed our agreement with you and them, but we will be happy to provide them any details needed again to resolve this matter. It was very nostalgic for us because we have been here several times within the last 50 years. It’s a great place to bring your family! Great pool and play area! They are working on updating it!!
