Publié le 20 mai 2024 sur HomeAwayWe had a wonderful stay at this cozy house in San Angelo, TX! The house was spacious and provided great accommodations for our group. It was clean, comfortable, and had all the amenities we needed.
The location was perfect, being close to the university and all the attractions we wanted to visit. The host was welcoming and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. We highly recommend this home to anyone visiting San Angelo!

Renovated, Updated, Sone Issues
Publié le 21 févr. 2024 sur HomeAwayFamily of 4 adults stayed here for 4 days. House is old, but renovated nicely. Had trouble with some of the appliances. Weather was cold. Was hard to regulate heat in the house...living areas were cold but bedrooms were hot. Had to buy extra blankets at Wal-mart for living areas
There was very little water pressure. Very difficult to wash dishes or take showers. All the doors do not close properly. The electric front door lock would lock, but would not unlock. Had to leave the back door unlocked every time we left so we would not be locked out. Owners responded to our messages, but there was nothing they could do to help in these situations. Nice house, but just know these things going into this rental.

Regarding the issues you mentioned, we have since conducted a thorough inspection of the property and can confirm that all appliances are in proper working order, including the heater. However, we have taken note of your concerns and have already replaced the batteries in the front door lock to ensure smooth operation for future guests. We have also addressed the water pressure and door closing concerns to ensure they meet our high standards.
We understand that regulating the temperature in an older home can sometimes be challenging, especially during cold weather. We appreciate your patience and understanding in this matter.
We strive to provide a comfortable and enjoyable stay for all our guests, and we regret that we fell short of your expectations on this occasion. We hope that despite these challenges, you were still able to enjoy your time in our home and that you will consider staying with us again in the future.

Extreme Odor
Publié le 12 déc. 2023 sur HomeAwayOverwhelming odor caused four adults to leave shortly after arriving. Contacted owner through the app. The co-host arrived after multiple attempts to contact and ultimately informed us of dog urine, mice and exterminator. The owner, who is not local, REFUSED to refund any money and cancellation was not possible, verified by VRBO. Less than 30 minutes cost me over $1000 plus the cost of a hotel.

Publié le 20 août 2023 sur HomeAwayExactly what I hoped for in San Angelo! House was super clean. Older home that has been updated. Had a minor issue with the lock, but the owners jumped on this right away and got it handled. Really appreciate the responsiveness. Would definitely stay here again.
