I was excited to stay at this hotel, but my experience went downhill as soon as we arrived. On my email confirmation it stated check-in started at 1pm, we arrived at 2pm hoping to jump in the pool/hot tub, but were told a room would not be ready till after 3pm. The hotel was a ghost town, we did not see another guest the whole time we were there. When I visited the pool, I realized I did not want to go swimming, I don’t think they have a filtration system, and the hot tub was empty. Also, the power went off sometime around midnight, but they wouldn’t turn on the generator till sometime after 8am. Sometimes you are glad to only be at a hotel for 1 night.

This place is amazing,very relaxing, kids friendly,I will go back with my children's, totally love it.The food very good as well. I would recommend it to a family or a single couple, ither way is fin.
