I read a review from someone who stayed here and they said the room was immaculately clean. I couldn't come up with a more accurate description. The common areas were just as clean. The hotel staff were very professional and friendly. We really enjoyed our time staying at the hotel.

Nice Relaxing Stay
This was our second time staying at this hotel. It's very nice and quiet. We had a spacious king-size suite that was clean and comfortable. We reported an issue with the bathroom door not closing properly. We were there six nights and it was never fixed. Although we didn't use them, there are a lot of nice amenities like a fitness room and indoor pool. The sundry area where you can purchase various items including food, snacks, and drinks was nice and well stocked. We travel to San Antonio often to visit family, and we would stay at this hotel again.

Rooms were clean, check in staff were very awesome and knowledgeable of the area. I wish trash had been picked up from room daily and towels restocked. I will definitely recoomend staying here.

DON'T BOOK HERE. NO GUARANTEED ROOM. We booked a suite here four months in advance for Air Force BMT graduation. We travelled from Colorado. Upon arrival for check-in, we were told our reservation had been cancelled and they had no rooms available. They were (luckily) able to "comp" us a room in a lesser hotel further away from the base. I'm still trying to get a partial refund from them.
