Conveniently located for attractions we went to. Comfortable room. Hot tub was wonderful. Pool was very cold, wish it was heated. Bathtub needs slip resistant put in them.

NEVER AGAIN
We were staying for Thanksgiving week and we know things can be hectic, but my son had a potty accident in the bed as we told the front desk they ignored us than ask house cleaning and just worried about the rooms they needed to go to so I just asked for the sheets and we would change them. So as we do they asked politely to leave them outside which we did but than the manager of house cleaning comes and starts yelling at me and my family asking why are these outside they shouldn’t be even off the bed which were the protected and the water sheet. I advise him that my 5year old had an accident and we were cleaning the bed. Then he screamed saying we were inconveniencing them in having to wash them and that he would be taking our deposit from us due to my 5years old accident. Knowing this we kept to ourselves and told them we will continue once we make our leave but room also didn’t have good airflow and didn’t work right and the sink in the bathroom leaked and we told them that as well never got a room change nothing for the inconvenience and never got back with us from the manager side.

Front desk guy was very rude, the hotel is discus tingly dirty smells like poop, $50 HIDDEN charge by CHOICE SYSTEM above the $50 DEPOSIT WE PAID $155 total. Room curtains had MOLD. 4am in the Morning people were arguing and cussing really loud the whole experience made our trip and our 10 year old son unsafe and this place should be shutdown in general needs DEEP CLEANING. Our sheets were not washed they had previous makeup stains. THE AC FILTER SMELLED REALLY BAD When we were leaving we noticed our car had been tampered with. WARNING 🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨

There were break ins into the vehicles a night prior to check in. The handicap parking was not available, no lights in the parking, no security in the parking. I decided to not stay there. The front clerk was courteous, we went inside and outside the room, stepped into the carpet and the clerk hesitated into giving me a refund after I told him, I was not going to stay. He said I was reimbursed but the charges are still on my card. The parking is a mess.

I was informed that the restroom downstairs was not working. I had an to go upstairs to my floor into my room to use the restroom. The lady in charge of restocking the breakfast area did a poor job and had an attitude with guests. They need to ensure that restrooms are in good working conditions and that they have friendly staff.
