The towels were all old and dingy. The toilet stopped up and toilet water with feces spilled on the bathroom floor. The attendant came to clean up with no gloves and brought me new towels with the same dirty hands

1. The pictures on the website do not look anything like the ones on the website. 2. When we got there to check in there was a guy just chilling with the receptionist. 3. This is property is a non-smoking and we had the cleaning lady smoking right outside the room we got. 4. While we were parking 2 people were fighting over parking. 5. The surroundings are not safe. We asked to speak with a manager and he was not around, let my info for him to contact me and it has been 5 days and no returned call. 6. We ended up going to a different property because the staff, the property and the area are no good. 7. We contacted Expedia and all they had to say was lately we got a lot of issues with this property but they keep selling not caring about the customer or family's safety.
