Ruff Start Great Finish!
Small issue with the cleaner not cleaning the house pryor to our arrival. We appreciate the quick response from the host. He made everything good. The space is very very comfortable. It's location is convenient to downtown and to the base. We called it our home away from home. Would definitely return. We definitely recommend this place. Never judge a book by it's cover.

Place was clean and comfortable. House has shifted a little so some interior doors did not latch. Well stocked with basic provisions, comfortable couches and beds. Good Location although did have police cruiser stationed outside due to multiple sports events close by. Would have preferred to have outside gate locked for peace of mind but did not have any safety issues.

Perfect for our family trip to BOA and Uil competition at the Alamodome. Walking distance and the charity bar on the corner was a plus for great food. Home was very clean, and decor was very cute and modern. Highly recommend.

Weekend Stay
We loved our stay, it was a beautiful, comfy home. My partner and my family enjoyed it so much. Robert was an awesome host and communicated back in a timely manner when we had questions. The neighborhood was very quiet and safe. We were so close to everything, which was really convenient since we came from far away and were tired of driving. I would highly recommend this place to stay!

Our family enjoyed our stay. Just a short walk to the Alamodome which is where we needed to be. We fell in love with the house, very modern. Had everything we needed. Will stay here again the next time we are in town!

Poorly advertised. Lacking some basic components.
The cost of this property was not justified by the charges made for the stay. It did not have a simple dining table, and the space allocated for eating was cramped and not conducive to eating. We rented this property with the full knowledge that there would be 3 people staying, but only 2-chairs were provided for dining unless the owners of this property expected us to dine on the couches. After considering our options, we left the property 2 hours after we arrived and made other arrangements in a more suitable place, where all the basic/core necessities were met, in a better neighborhood, -- for the same price we paid for this property. We are aware of the refund policy, but when a property is falsely advertised by omission, some refund is expected.

2024 State Playoffs
It was perfect for our needs. Peepaw has sore feet and the distance to the alamo dome was perfect. The inside has been done nicely. The 8 year old granddaughter asked to take a bath in that beautiful tub. We were seeing multiple teams play and that ment back and forth. I think just saving on parking was a big plus. Our main team got second But it was a great trip. Hope to be back next year.

Weekend trip
We used downtown San Antonio as our base for a quick trip. The location of this property was perfect for a day in the city and a drive to New Braunfels for the water park. Check in/out was seamless (the host even accommodated an unforeseen issue on our end), the home was clean and welcoming, and we were close to everything we wanted/needed. Definitely recommend.

Great over all
We loved this little house. Super clean and great modern decor. We can tell a lot of money and effort went into renovating the house, backyard furniture would have been taken advantage of had there been some available. Kitchen towels to dry dishes and to tidy up would have been nice. Based on listing, we had expected for there to be toiletries in both bathrooms. The first aid kit was great to have. It did come in handy!
