Staff was amazing super helpful and friendly! Hotel was clean. Our room was very clean but a bit small. Only complaint is that the air was not blowing cold (only cool) we had to set it on the coldest setting (60) and leave it

Excellent customer service clerk, n manager. Service lady at breakfast area was super nice and social. Hotel had quick access to highway and close to historical district.

I had book for a double queen beds and got a king room. When asking the front desk guy to switch me rooms he was very unprofessional and said be couldn’t switch me rooms

The bad, they say pet friendly, but they don’t take cats. The good, the front desk person convinced the manager to let us stay. We were very thankful after driving 9 hours. The bad, the room we were in smelled like urine. Not sure if it was from a previous dog staying there or just the humidity from the air conditioner. Either way, it was very unpleasant.
If we pass through again without the cat, we may be willing to try them again.

Breakfast had nice options. I booked here because it was a little more expensive than others, assuming because it was nicer than other surrounding properties. It was not. Very dated. Very noisy with children. I get it, it’s summer. But $200 a night for “this“ was excessive.
