A little better prepared…

At check-in our room wasn’t ready due to an alleged mass checkout that morning. Housekeeping was running behind on cleaning all the rooms. We sat in the lobby for an hour before we had to ask again if the room was ready and it was magically ready when we asked. The valet program needed some improvement. It took them on average about 15 minutes to retrieve our vehicle and one time the truck smelled like weed when it was brought around. It could’ve been a better experience.

Great place to spend the night. everything from food to drinks to shopping was within walking distance. Lovely rooftop. You all just need a bar up there and its perfect. Will stay again in the future.

My biggest complaint is that when our room was cleaned, the staff did not restock anything! Not toilet paper, facial cleanser wipes, towels. We had to call down to the lobby to get things restocked.

They did not vacuum the room or the clean the bathroom floor even though I had requested Daily cleaning. the hallway on my floor smelled very must like the carpets had been drenched in water. But the worst were the curtains in the room which were not only filthy but stained with blood- I have pictures.

Terrible check in experience. Notified them we were rerouted by airline and would not be arriving until 6 am. They gave away our prepaid room and told us that we could not check in again until 3 pm. Front desk staff rude and ignorant

Property was easy to find and check in was easy. Room was comfortable, bed slept well, only thing I could complain about is that the curtain didn’t close completely and the morning sun found the only crack to come through, which happened to be right across the head of the bed where we slept.
