Me and my family had an amazing stay at the Hilton San Antonio Hill County. The staff was extremely friendly and met every need that came up. Can’t say enough good things about the house keeping crew. They were so polite and and courteous. Personally I keep the “still sleeping” sign on my door, but when I would walk out my room, they would still take time to ask if I needed anything. Will definitely be returning

Rooms seemed recently updated and staff was friendly. The first day, I attempted to shower, but no hot water ever came on (it was fine the following day). On my second night, the top sheet exposed the comforter and I noticed it had makeup all over one corner (and I don’t wear makeup). I was too tired to call down to let them know. But I was bothered by it all night. The shared spaces are all really nice and I was surprised to be the only one enjoying the pool!

It’s unfortunate there was an issue with the water temperature initially, and cleanliness is important, so it's regrettable the condition of your bed linens wasn't up to expectations. We have stayed here may times and always had a blast but on our most recent trip there were a few let downs. The hot tub was broken, the toilet in the room did not function properly and the breakfast staff was so overwhelmed that we ended up eating out. Staff was very nice and room was otherwise very clean. Very convenient to go to seaworld.
