Bien situé pour la croisière, personnel accueillant,

Nous avons grandement apprécié l’accueil et le service à notre arrivée. Moins aimé: les chambres ont besoin de bonne rénovations ( tapis très sale).
Les gens sont très courtois et sympathiques

Great Location for a pre–Ocean Cruise Stay
Publié le 17 avr. 2023 sur Hotels I had a very nice stay at the Puerto Mayor. It was a good value for the cost especially since it included breakfast. The hotel personnel were pleasant and the room was quiet.
I stayed there before a cruise and the cab ride to the terminal only took a few minutes. That was a real convenience. The hotel was within sight of the ship and no hotel was any nearer.
I got to San Antonio by bus from Santiago and the taxi ride from the bus terminal to the hotel only took about 15 minutes.

Very nice view of the harbor. Was near the harbor. Was clean, quiet, friendly, helpful.

I was able to check in early. I was able to checkout at 2. We could see our cruise ship from our room. The cruise was delayed. They were very accommodating. The restaurant on the property was very and very reasonable. The police HQ is the building next door.
