Hotel was under renovation. Our first room on second floor had no air conditioning. But front desk did give us a first floor room that did have air conditioning.

Mediocre but okay
Posted Aug. 24, 2024 on HotelsWhen we arrived we had a little bit of trouble checking in. We reserved two rooms and one room had mold on the ceiling so we had to be moved to another room. The other room had dents on the walls, dark and dirty streaks on the walls and a curtain that was broken that wouldn’t stay closed so I had to keep fixing it to where no one could see in through the window. The shower/tub was also not cleaned well.At the end of our stay during checkout they tried to charge us for the dents in the walls because the maid said that she cleaned the room and that it wasn’t there before but I had taken pictures to prove that we did not do that to the room. In the end they did not charge us extra.

Good could use a little more cleaning but I have bad OCD but super friendly and great customer serivce
