Sheets had hair in them from previous guests, mold on bathroom ceiling, main door wouldn't close completely (but would lock), bathroom walls/door had holes in them. Pictures on Hotels.com looked great, but most not be up to date.

They didn’t provide shampoo in room or even at front desk. Floor of room hadn’t been mopped in a while, so important to wear socks. Will never stay there again.

The worst motel or stay in San Antonio
Very disgusting rooms. Not clean. Smells bad. There was a spider too. Toilets are old and disgusting. Not to be called a Motel. Beds and mattresses are old and bad. Not comfortable.

While one does not expect much from a Super 6, this Super 6 is more junk than any other Super 6. They do not provide shampoo and conditioner's and when asking for it in front desk they said they are out. One doesn't expect a gourmet breakfast, but all Super 6 serve coffee, but in this one the coffee machine has been broken for several days. The main lights in our room were also out. All is not bad though, the doors lock, there is toilet paper and they do provide two towels.

Idk what to say Fr but I mean you get what you pay for. I booked the room through Expedia..got there and still had to pay a security deposit.. which I get is common but... Why am I paying a security deposit on a room that's already half put together.. it smelled like smoke in a non smoking room when I walked in but you want me to pay you $100 for a secure deposit..lol I don't get it.. I could go on and on but.. the little $100 security for trash is my issue...that's all 😅 it is a convenient location tho!

The stuff was very nice. But the room was very not great, the bed was so very uncomfortable. The mirror was broken. And the floor was not clean. There was yellow stain the the shower.

Woke up in the middle of the night to something crawling on me. Only to find two little roaches in my bed. AC fan wouldn’t run, mold in bathroom, door broken at bottom. I knew would be cheap hotel but come on, don’t wanna share my bed with roaches

Mold on the wall and ceiling in the bathroom and a hole barely patched behind the door, and a large water bug in the air conditioner and dust all over the AC also.

A very comfortable stay at a property that is close to everything. The price was incredible for the service and the prime location. The staff showed nothing but excellence and smiling faces, always willing to help and cater to our needs. This place made my San Antonio visit a truly magical one.
