Publié le 13 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwayMy family stayed here one night. We spent the day at sea world and needed some extra space to crash after a long day. It worked well for what we needed. Although it’s still a good 20 min away. We enjoyed being able to come back and whine down in the movie room. The house has some cool features. The only thing I would say was there are little signs that say “no oil on the bedding” in every room…so that’s odd. Must be a real problem…😳. And some of the bedding sheets were mismatched and the bottom sheets on the master bed kept coming untucked while we slept which was annoying. But it was clean and the management team were kind and helpful and got back to us with a question we had about the tv even though it was late at night. The backyard wasn’t in great condition but we didn’t need to be out there so it didn’t bother us. Reminds me of a bachelor pad.

Wonderful stay!

We did have to contact management for a code and their response was almost immediate with a follow-up the next day to be sure everything was still okay. The theater room was a great way to relax and end each day as a group. Would definitely recommend!

Perfect home for Lackland visitors

The pool table was lots of fun and the movie room was AMAZING! The landlord was responsive when we had a small maintenance issue and responded immediately. 10/10, highly recommend!

Much better than the pictures and reviews

Very clean, very fast communication, felt they were always available if i ever needing anything. We were a bit skeptical with booking because we seen a few previous reviews mentioning lack of cooking ware, and we plan to cook. But when we cooked they had full drawers of cooking ware and also plenty of pots and pans. So im not sure if they have added more stuff since then, however there was definitely everything available we needed. The only thing that wasn’t available was salt, pepper, seasonings. But i called the host and they informed me they purposely do not provide edible items from one guest to another. They explained if a previous guest mixed salt and sugar together or anything that looks like salt or sugar they wouldnt be able to tell. Which I completely understood. So many stores less than 5 minutes away so this wasn’t an issue at all. There was coffee and kcups, with sugar and cream individually packed available. Overall all very very beautiful home and much more than we were expecting especially considering the price. in my opinion this home should be priced alot higher. We will definitely be coming back. Me and my husband have stayed at many short term rentals over the years and this was forsure the highest quality one we have ever been to.

Wow, thanks Anna!!! Please message us when you see this, we have two complementary free nights for you to show our appreciation. Believe it or not, we haven’t added anything to our kitchen. Due to us not knowing what more we can add. The same cooking ware that you seen during your visit is the same cooking ware that has been available to every other guest who has claimed we needed more. We got in contact with each guest who’s made the claim to see how we can improve. However when asking what we could add or what we were missing everyone had a hard time answering. Very confusing to us, this helped us understand this was just a trend being followed on the VRBO platform only. You were the first to break it! We genuinely appreciate this. Beautiful home!
Publié le 13 août 2024 sur HomeAwayThis home was perfect for our family!! Lots of room. Very modern. Great place for the teens to hang out and we loved the theater room. Communication with the host was great and they are very responsive. The only reason I gave it a 4 star is (I know it’s hot outside) BUT I think the A/C unit needs an upgrade to a bigger one. For most of the stay it was 78-80° inside during the day. At night it would cool off tho. All and all we had a great time!

Hey Brandy! We appreciate your compliment and we are very happy to hear your group had a great time! We would like to address your issue with the AC however, due to this being a very first time comment towards us in many years and visitors. We actually have a AC unit that is for a home 500sqft bigger than ours at this property. An ac unit in any home can only cool 20 degrees below outside temperature. Please look this up and fact check us. During your reservation, while it was 105-110degree outside, our unit was going lower than 20 degrees. Due to us having a unit bigger than what our home requires. Fun fact, this was strategically done before this home was a short term rental. The new ac unit that came with the building of the home was immediately taken out and replaced with an even bigger one :) Once again we are very happy to hear you and your guest had a great time and would love to have you back! During a cooler season ;)
