Me encantó que no necesite ir en mi vehículo a Sea World porque en la mañana sale una guagua del hotel que nos transporta a Sea World y dan dos horarios en la tarde donde pasarán por nosotros otra vez de regreso al hotel ❤️ 10/10

Very dirty, but staff was helpful

The place was very dirty. In the common area outside the room the trash cans were overflowing, the elevator floors were sticky and gross, there was trash and food all over the floor, and there was dog poop in the walkway that was there when I arrived and wasn’t cleaned up until 2 days later. In the room, there was no bathroom door, the sheets were stained, there was a wet towel left in the bathroom, there was no cold water (which is better than no hot water, I guess), and the TV didn’t really work (remote didn’t work, and couldn’t change the channel with the TV buttons). The only good thing about this place was that the staff at the front desk were very helpful and accommodating when we told them we were going to arrive a little later than expected and after the front desk was supposed to close. Overall, this wasn’t a great place. If you’re only looking for a place to spend the night, it’s functional and kind of affordable. But I wouldn’t recommend spending much time here.

Great stay

Before staying here we stayed at La Quinta that’s around the corner from here and it was bad there with drug selling all hours of the night, couldn’t get really get any sleep while there but now I’m able to sleep. Don’t see no drug selling, it’s quiet and very comfortable and convenient to fast food restaurants.

Basic and Clean

Pretty basic hotel. Rooms were clean. It’s near a lot a food and coffe places. By the Interstate so some might find it too noisy. But if you rest with diesel hum it’s a good value. Good TV no refrigerator.

Guy that checked me in belittled me Infront of cus

The towels had dirty spots all over them. The sheets looked as if someone else had laid in them before I did without the washing in-between visits. The guy that checked me in was horrible. I had already paid for my room through a third party but he was still trying to make me pay at checkin a second time. He was telling me that my card was just authorized not actually charged and told me since I am questioning him that I had to wait for him to check in everyone else. And then with the customers he proceeded to make comments about how I didn't have a clue what I was talking about and making fun of me. Then because I had worked outside to help my mother he was talking about how I had my hair done nails done a nice fancy outfit on...lol...not! His remarks where horrible. Just for me to finally get my turn after having to wait forever it seemed. He finally listened to me when I asked him to check his email that I knew that the receipt was there that I had already paid for it. And I got an u were absolutely correct ma'am everything u said. You did already pay for it. My bad and then he laughed. He was so rude to me. That alone makes me never ever want to go back to that hotel ever again
