Horrible!
Publié le 5 oct. 2024 sur HotelsThe first room we were given was just dirty and once we removed bed sheets trash came out to include a lighter. We went to front desk to ask for a different room which they did give us. Second room was even worse, bandaids and blood spots on made beds. Bandaids on floor. Sheets were stained. Floors were dirty with what looked like red soda or even blood for all know. They supposedly refunded me but now I have to go through hotels.com whom portrays themselves as offering great services.
