Limpieza pésima

La limpieza en los cuartos es pésima, 3 días seguidos les pedí que quitaran unos grillos que había en el cuarto los mate y se quedaron ahí muertos durante toda mi estancia a pesar de que les dije que por favor limpiaran.

All of the staff were so kind and helpful! They actually seemed to enjoy their jobs. The breakfast was great, a good variety of options. The room was clean. Would definitely stay again!
