chambres avec un petit salon, et une cuisine assez confortables. Petit déjeuner copieux avec beaucoup de choix. Le soir en semaine repas léger proposé gratuitement. Personnel sympathique

We’ve stayed in this line of hotels all over the world, but this location was a huge disappointment. From the start, we were switched between three rooms: the first had no working outlets, the second had an unbearable odor, and the third developed a leaking toilet. We eventually gave up on informing management, as no issues were being resolved. The entire facility was poorly maintained. The carpets throughout the hotel smelled awful, though thankfully a carpet cleaner arrived to address the hallway. The hotel was visibly neglected, with spider webs and dirt around every corner—definitely not up to the standards we’ve come to expect from this chain. We also encountered issues with our room keys, which inexplicably reset every day, forcing us to get new ones constantly. The laundry room was in desperate need of cleaning; my mom and I ended up using our own towel and detergent to scrub down the washers and dryers ourselves, and it was shocking how much dirt we found. After we finished, it was obvious that we had done a far better job than the staff. It’s clear that the employees here only put in half the effort, showing little care for the property. They could all learn a thing or two from the excellent service and upkeep at the Staybridge in Chihuahua, which puts this location to shame. Sadly, this experience has left us questioning whether this hotel chain can be trusted for consistent quality.

El hotel está perfecto pero me ofrecieron guardarme una maleta mientras yo iba a otra ciudad y lamentablemente me robaron varias cosas, entre ellos unos tennis veja, un thermo stanley entre otras cosas. Es lamentable que un hotel tan bueno tenga personas capaces de robar al cliente.

excelente opción para familias, amplio, remodelado

Excelente opción para familias, son suites amplias, remodeladas, cómodas, tienen cocina, refri, hay hielo en el congelador, las camas deliciosas, dos TV, sofá cama... El personal es super amable, el desayuno super! tienen café y té en el lobby todo el día, libre para servirte lo que quieras. regresariamos felices. El único pero, es el servicio de limpieza, lo hacen una vez a la semana a menos de que lo pidas más días, así lo hice y aún así fue un rollo estar pidiendo que limpiaran el cuarto, las camareras olvidaban poner jabon para trastes, jabon para manos, o vaciar algunos botes de basura, los días extras que fueron fue practicamente a tender las camas y un poquito asi lo que se viera porque el baño estaba ya muy sucio, el piso, las paredes... tuve que comprar unas toallitas clorox para limpiar yo... En general es excelente opción, parking gratis, desayuno incluido y rico, te puedes servir y llevartelo a tu cuarto si quieres, café 24/7 gratis, amplio, super comodo. excelente atención en recepción, sobre todo de Daniela, super linda.

El hotel está bien nada más el baño estaba muy sucio y l puerta de la regadera estaba mal

Very dirty property. No towels in pool area. Dirty elevators. Nasty breakfast. Avoid at all cost! Property needs to be demolished!
