Good stay, lots of rules
Publié le 15 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayHouse was clean, as advertised, easy to get into, communication with the host was good. There were a lot of instructions (several pages) at the front of the house, on the fridge, and in a binder with lots of rules and warnings about extra fees in addition to small notes in many places like the bathroom and by TV remotes warning of extra fees. The owners very clearly care about the property, but we thought the volume of rules and warnings was excessive.

I recommend this place for anyone looking to book for a family vacation home. We are definetly booking here again for our annual summer famiky vacation!

It felt like home. Nice neighborhood, the manager respond quickly if there’s a problem.
The house is exact replica like online.

Delightful Accommodations!
Publié le 23 mai 2024 sur HomeAwayMy husband stayed here for 4 weeks while working onsite in San Antonio; I joined him for about a week of it. He has traveled extensively for work for the last 20 years and he says this place is, hands down, the best accommodations he's ever had. I have to concur!
The owners are extremely communicative and easy to work with.
The house is clean, spacious, and artfully decorated (not cluttered with a bunch of annoying knick-knacks on every surface like so many rentals are). There is a large chalkboard in the dining area (colorful chalk provided) if you're feeling artistic. The kitchen was well-appointed with cookware, utensils, and small appliances (husband loves smoothies and was pleasantly surprised to find a blender). The outdoor areas are beautifully landscaped with a really nice gas grill that he used several times per week. Neighborhood is quiet!
Another really nice detail was all of the cleaning/laundry/bathroom supplies! (Guests are encouraged to replenish items as needed so that subsequent guests are well-provisioned--loved that.) There were also ample instructions/guidelines in the kitchen and laundry room (as well as a binder in the front hall) to take any guesswork out of how everything works.
The beds were extremely comfortable. Bedrooms have flat screen televisions and lovely updates like areas to store your suitcase and hang clothing up. We appreciated the plentiful options for lighting too (dimmers, lamps, etc.).
I could go on and on. Highly recommend!
