Room dirty and dangerous

The room was dirty, we found a cockroach in the room, towels were stained. Electricity was dangerous (see photos).

I checked in, went into my room, went to the bathroom and saw the dirtiest tub and toilet I’ve ever seen in my life! At night the property wasn’t well lit, it was dark and dreary and didn’t feel safe On the first level stair case was people clothing hanging on the railing like people live there as permanent residents

Disgusting, just dont book it. We had roaches in our room which was bad enough but i get that you sometimes get them. What really did it was waking up in the morning covered in bites and itching like mad. Left immediately getting a refund for the remainder of our planned stay, but no apology after telling them how disgusing it was and that i was covered in bites and no compensation. Lost the last full day of our holiday because of this

TERRIBLE

Terrible experience. The guests next door were drinking, getting stupid, and blasting music on the sidewalk from 7pm till midnight. I felt like I was at a night club, instead of in my hotel room trying to get sleep. Not a family or comfortable environment at all.
