Overall it was a good experience. When you go into the main lobby it looks good. The front desk are not the warmest but they were good. As you walk to your room you can see stains in the carpet. The room itself is fine and has some nice commodities the only thing was the restroom.The shower curtain needs to be replaced along with the base. There were pieces of carboard put into each of the base to possibly hold the shower bar steady.

We had to change rooms 3 times. room 330 the AC was not working. room 331 was not clean there was stains on the sheets and hair all over the bed. room 329 we walked in on a family sleeping very scary for everyone involved. room 116 the shower was dirty and had hair in it we stayed in that room because it was very late at night and we were so exhausted from driving over 7hrs.

Great room but would not stay again
The room had a loud noise that kept going in and off throughout the night. We coild not get help because most kf the workers did not speak good english. So sleeping was not easy. The halls looked like they needed new carpet, however the inside of the rooms seemed to have good upgrades...besides the pillow woth dirty make up. Also the breakfast ran out of items

Dont stay here!
My two-night stay at Best Western was unfortunately marred by several significant issues. Upon arrival, while the initial reception was pleasant, the hallway carpet was visibly soiled. Furthermore, the bathroom sink in my room was clogged. While I initially chose not to report these problems, the significant noise emanating from the air conditioning unit severely disrupted our sleep both nights. At check-out, a surprising accusation of doing drugs, We denied this allegation, asserting that we neither use drugs nor smoke. Only after insisting on a room inspection before departure was the charge dropped. This experience was deeply upsetting and I strongly advise against staying at this establishment.

The switch rooms several times. The first room was leaking from the faucet in the bathroom, the second room the air condition sounded like the motor of a motorcycle. The towels and all three rooms were dingy and dirty looking. The carpet in the hallways was filthy. The food free breakfast was gross. But the staff was pretty nice

Bed for 2 people was a full size, not big enough. Room was very small, felt like a closet. Parking was limited due to big trucks parked across several spots in the front near entrance. Had lamp and coffee pot with no outlets near by. Faucets broken. Pillow tiny and flat. No on site water. But the staff was very friendly.

Worst experience ever.
Hotel is all dirty with the exception of the lobby area. All carpet was full of stains. Room was not cleaned properly, floor had sand and dirt around corners, you could feel it if walking barefoot. Bathroom had stains from dried water. Towels had either holes or yellow stains in it. Although it included breakfast with the reservation, the only food provided were waffles, coffee and milk, no cereals, toast, fruits, juice or eggs were available. Room was not cleaned once during our 3 night/ 4 day stay even after requesting service front desk. Worst experience ever.

This is our 2nd time staying at the property. The cleanliness of the property has gone down in the last year. The floors were dirty. There was a hole in the wall in the bathroom. Staff was friendly.
