The room was nice, comfortable and clean but the staff outside was rude and not helpful.

A little tired. On Riverwalk but too far down. Expensive valet and no good alternatives. Tv did not. Took a full day to move us. Asked to have room. Did not happen promptly. Restaurant menu was not Ppealing.

Nice location off the Riverwalk. Not enough breakfast options in the area. Service was slow in the restaurant connected to the hotel. I did not like the handicap bathroom. No tub. The shower water got all over the floor. Made it slippery. I had to wipe it up with a towel after every shower. We are not handicapped so I don't know why they gave us that room? Overall it is an okay hotel. Charges for WiFi and Parking were high.

Like many others have said, the property could use a little refresh. It probably used to be a luxury hotel, but now it's a good hotel with luxury prices. My sister was checked into a room that hadn't yet been cleaned - and we checked in hours past check in time. The street facing rooms are very loud at night from the weekend night cruising on the nearby streets. The hotel was convenient to food and attractions, so that was nice. Every time I took a shower the water pipes rattled. The pool is small and ran out of towels that were never refreshed. All the staff was very nice but the hotel is dated and could be run a little better. I don't think I'd stay here again.

Pillows were terrible, old and bumpy. Facilities are old and worn.
