No working exhaust fans in bathrooms. Toilet seat broke and moving around. Shower head clogged. In one of the rooms the shower handle faucet and head all loose and hanging out of the wall. Floors made socks and feet dirty. Stain on one of the sheets.
The lobby/office was closed for “remodel” but could tell no one has worked of it in a long time. Had to check in and out through a window outside. Homeless people hanging around on the property. Even witness a group on the back side shooting up drugs. Staff was rude. When I asked for extra towel and wash cloth for my kid so he could take a hot shower after graduation from the Air Force…I was told they don’t have any clean towels. I have stayed in cheap hotels and know what to expect but this one was beyond ok. Ended up leaving two days early

When we first saw our room, there were bodily fluid stains all over the comforter and sheets. Furthermore, there was a significant amount of black mold in the shower tub, and it was evident that the room was not properly cleaned. There was garbage and gum left behind, and dirt on the floor. When we showed the desk staff our room, and asked him about the black mold, he just laughed and confirmed it was indeed mold. We asked for a new room, and were shown 2-3 rooms that were nearly as dirty as the first room. Eventually, he showed us a room that was seemingly acceptable for a night's sleep.
After we settled into the room, we noticed roaches coming out from under the mini-fridge, so we left the room in a panic. When we confronted the staff member, he did not deny or act surprised that we found roaches, he simply agreed to refund our deposit. After much back and forth at 2AM, he eventually said that we would be receiving a full electronic refund.
If you are reading this and thinking of booking, don't!! The cleanliness of the rooms is appalling, and the fact that the staff are complicit in giving out disgusting, roach infested rooms makes it even worse. If you speak with the staff member (Nagrag?), do not trust him, he tried to conceal the roach infestation and other health hazards such as mold.
Note: The roach infestation was noticed as of late August 2024. If you don't want roaches in your stuff, AVOID THIS MOTEL AT COSTS.

It has been the worst Travelodge I have ever been. Dirty, mold in the fridge, roaches, broken faucet counter, furniture is super old looks like it was picked up out of a dumpster. The area is sketchy but it would be ok if the hotel were nice. The rooms and the office does not look anything from the Expedia pictures
