This hotel is terrible. It smelled like weed everywhere, the sheets were stained, the beds had no strong support and moved around, the shower was in poor condition, and it was not hygienic for my family. Honestly, if you have to go to San Antonio, NEVER stay at this hotel!

Would NOT recommend this place to anyone. The tube was filthy, the bed uncomfortable and roaches coming out the outlets. Worse experience ever!

Do not stay here.
Publié le 13 oct. 2024 sur HotelsThis was the dirtiest and most unkept motel I've ever stayed in. The floors were dirty the sink handles were nasty. The bathroom mirror was covered with some sort of cloudy scum. The telephone in the room did not work. The clock in the room did not work. It had a terrible smell of bleach when I checked in. I did not want to touch anything. I kept coverings on my feet the whole time. The clerk could not find my reservation when I checked in. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. It was way overpriced for what I received.

It smelled terrible as soon as you enter the building. There was a huge puddle all the way down the hall from the soda.maching and they only put a towel down and nothing else. Was yold one thing from one staff member and then somethjbg else by another. The manager came to my door and told me in a stern voice that my rent was due. I didnt even know who.she was and was gettibg upset by the way she was spea k ing to me and the nasty facial expressions she was making. I told her that my rent was paid in full and they sent me a receipt even to pro e that. And she said yeah i am going to have to look jntk that very rude like amd just turned Rou and startes walking towards rhe elevator. She never came back to my room to apologize or tell me to kiss her butt nothing...nothing at awhich i find to be very disrespectful and shows how much class she has as even a person.
