First they gave me a room and someone was in there already then the room they gave me was run down I will never stay here anymore

Me and my boyfriend had a 3 night stay here and well, it was good at first until we actually took into how the room looked. There were cobwebs on the corners of the room and we even had a scorpion in our room which is a first for me and my boyfriend. We ended up staying due to us not able to get our money back. We've stayed many times, though that time was definitely a changer for us, especially me since I have arachnophobia which I hate any type of arachnid.

The room was nice and cool. The bed was comfortable. The only problem I had was with the bathroom. The toilet seat was broken. When showering the water was not draining quickly and filling the tub. The water was coming out of the shower head and the bottom spout. The toggle switch was stuck so it didn’t not work

Housekeeping comes did not notify main office about all personal items at my room before trash all my personal items redgadless paid or not pay next stay at same room or not.
