Walking distance to the beach

Excellent Location!
Publié le 24 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwayStayed here for a wedding weekend and it was perfect. Lots of sleeping space and several decks. The rooftop deck is awesome! You can see the ocean and hear the waves while enjoying a beverage. Super quick walk to the beach path and walking distance to the pier. Overall a great spot!!

What a Gem!
Publié le 9 sept. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe have been to San Clemente many times and have been so fortunate with all the places we have stayed- this property ticked every single box. We had 3 glorious weeks here. It is exactly as described, clean, comfortable, with all the comforts and extras. We are a family of 5 and had lots of space. We especially enjoyed the upstairs seating area, where we could sit and watch the ocean. Its location is perfect- steps from the beach at Mariposa. Edmund provided beach chairs, body boards and an umbrella, which was so welcome. Also, washing machine/dishwasher detergent etc. was provided, which is much appreciated in a rental. Parking is easy and the walk to Del Mar takes less than 15 minutes. Such a great home. We will be back!! Thanks Edmund and Co. from Ireland.

Quick easy beach access
Publié le 2 août 2024 sur HomeAwayThis VRBO had very quick easy access to the beach trail leading to the pier. We enjoyed having coffee on the many decks looking over the ocean. It was clean and the views were great! The only negatives were some of the screens were ripped and held together by duct tape, which didn’t work. The owner said he was going to have them fixed. Also, the king mattress we slept in downstairs, needs to be replaced. The mattress topper did not help. Other than that, it was a great stay! The owner was very responsive and always answered questions that we had so quickly, he was excellent. I would definitely rent here again!
