This place was amazing. The ONLY issue we had was the shower water was too hot. But not worth complaining aboit since most showers in Mexico are ice cold.

Slightly disappointed
This was ok but we had a few issues - went down to the breakfast area early at 7am to get a coffee to take back to the room & they charged us 40pesos each for 2 small cups when if we'd gone at that time for breakfast, coffee was unlimited. Our room was also the furthest awày from the entrance possible & since the 2nd floor we were on had no lift & many different levels it was up & down all the time with our cases The room itself, whilst fine, didn't have an outside opening window The included breakfast was told to us as to what we were having rather than a menu to look at - our rate apparently was for an "American breakfast" & that was either eggs or pancakes, juice Or fruit & coffee. It was however fine. The location was good however but in not sure if we'd stay again

I've stayed here twice now and it's been consistently okay. You can definitely expect the beds to be hard and uncomfortable—but the staff is very nice and they try to accommodate your needs. The wifi is a little difficult, but works after its setup. The inside of the hotel is beautiful, and the hotel is a walkable distance to the center square, so the location is great.

Nice and spacious room on the third floor. Not all the lights worked. But it was big, comfortable, and clean. Internet was so slow that it rarely worked.

I stayed here for 8 days, the staff was pleasant. I tried the restaurant once and the food was good. The wifi was a hit and miss. Sometimes it would work sometimes it wouldn't. Bathroom had mold on the walls and the drain in the shower was backuped. It would drain eventually but towards the end of my shower i would be standing in a puddle of water.
