The room condition was bad in a way that I can hear noise and people talking outside as if there is no wall. Then the ice machine was close to my room, and the noise from the ice machine is loud everytime someone is using it.

Arrived at the property pretty late. Was able to check in prior to lobby closing. That was appreciated. Got into our room and tried to settle for the night. Unfortunately the air conditioning was not working. Since we had checked in rather late that night we figured we can tough it out for the night. Also if any changes were to be made hotel was at capacity. 1st issue. We called front desk to report the issue. Someone did show up, only to inform us that nothing could be done at the moment. Maintenance was off for the weekend. Wow what a blow to our face. He also said he was gonna inform front desk about our issue and move us to another room. 2nd issue. I went to front desk to see the status of our issue and come to find out, it was never relayed to the next shift. Wow again. What do we do ? We tough it out again and cross our fingers the room temperature is bearable for us to get our rest. We have a 19 hour drive back home and we need our rest. The service we received is far from poor. It is unacceptable. If we had the option to leave, we would have left in a heart beat. I am sad to say that I will not be utilizing this property ever after the service I got.
