Was not able to stay at the property and got moved to a neighboring property that was not as good

Publié le 4 août 2024 sur HotelsI am not sure while I received a survey since I was rebooked at a different hotel which I did not agree with. I wanted to stay at Courtyard but moved to Fairfield which I did not want.

The WiFi was down my entire stay. Ants in my room. The room is by the entrance and I heard every time some one came in and left. Trash and towels only picked up once during my stay.

Arrived, the manager was very helpful at check in. Decided I wanted to stay a couple extra nights and they were able to make it happen, no problem, no room change! Very nice since I initially only had a teo night stay.
