No in-room safe
The hotel and the room we stayed were clean. Everything was good except for the descriptions for the rooms mislead people that there is an in-room safe. It turned out the safe is in the lobby and you'd have to check with the front desk. Big turn-off as we were afraid to leave anything that is valuable in the room when we go out. The room descriptions need to be more clear. Location very good if you want to eat out as it is near the freeway and lots of restaurants. Parking was $18/night, not bad compared to some other hotels that charge up to over $50/night but it should have been free of charge. The stalls are way too narrow that it makes it very difficult to get in & out of your vehicle. I don't think the stalls' width is up to the city's standard.

Our stay here was okay. The hotel it self has been updated, but still looks outdated if that makes sense. The rooms are really big. Our family stayed for 2 nights. Our room was on the 4th floor. The heating and air fans are on the roof and you will hear them on and off all night. This made our stay here unpleasant. They have a big heated pool but no jacuzzi.

I think it’s ridiculous and outrageous to pay for open parking when there’s no attendant in the parking lot or there’s no one even watching your car and to pay for parking in open parking space is ridiculous. Next time I will park on the street because it’s the same thing as parking in the parking lot. It’s just a plain parking lot where nobody’s watching your car 24 hours a day simply ridiculous to pay for parking.

Until I saw other family received the welcome water and other items and asked it, the receptionist did not give me even the welcome waters. There was not enough morning menu in the Christmas morning. No coffee in the hotel like other courtyard Marriott. There was no jacuzzi in the hotel and entrance picture and the actual building was different at the time of making reservation. It was so disappointed that there was no jacuzzi in the hotel Courtyard Marriott to stay because it was my primary stay purpose.
