The light fixture inside the bathroom room 316 was disgusting. Rusty and dirty. The door to open the bathroom was terrible heavy and difficult to push. Some staff were not friendly, broken elevator, very limited food options. Other guests complained about their wallets, money and credit card being stolen

The hotel is a mess
One elevator was out of order
The shower has low water pressure, took forever to get hot and the bracket holding the shower wand was barely holding on
Air conditioning in rooom only worked occasionally
The only good thing about this hotel was the really nice staff

Mantenimiento pobre en alfombras muy viejas y elevadores que no funcionaban bien. El hotel es tranquilo y en buena zona pero alto precio para el bajo mantenimiento de la propiedad.

Gracias por tomarse el tiempo para evaluar nuestro hotel. Realmente valoramos recibir comentarios de nuestros huéspedes para que podamos seguir brindando un servicio excelente. Actualmente estamos reemplazando uno de nuestros ascensores y estamos actualizando muchas cosas en nuestras habitaciones y áreas comunes. Estamos muy emocionados por los cambios que estamos realizando y esperamos que nos brinde la oportunidad de ganar su confianza en nuestro hotel durante una estadía futura. Elevator was under repair for entire stay (Thursday - Sunday). Hot tub was closed (Second time I stayed at property and hot tub has been closed both times).
