Cet hôtel est bien situé, pour manger, pas très loin de sea world. Hôtel très propre et personnel très sympa.

Disabled beware

This place is ill equiped for dealing with disabled persons. I paid for my room got to the site at 3 p.m. to be told there were no available rooms on 1st level. I have two large suitcases. They tell me to park at end of building. I have difficulty walking so was not able to make it to my room on 2nd level. Ended up sleeping in my car. Will refute charges with my bank. Bring cash because they will ask for $100 deposit that you are only able to retrieve after 8:30 am. So if you have an early morning flight forget about it or wait 3-5 business days on card to release.

Thank you for response Jasimine, I am sorry to hear about this situation. As I reviewed your check in we see that you informed about the elevator and room next to it. The reservation was not booked as a handicap room or we would have blocked something ahead of time to accommodate. Security deposits are disclosed in the reservation information. And it part of the check in also the agent did also mention we would be happy to cancel without a penalty so I am confused as to why was this not brought up to us right away and you decided to sleep in your car. Please feel free to contact me at the hotel and I will try to resolve this for you. Thank you

My stay was not good because the air conditioning unit did not work and would not turn on very hot and uncomfortable. Don’t know if I will come back.
