Front desk kept questioning my daughter who’s 14 asking why are in town and what are we doing here. The elevators were not working so everyone was limited to one door for entrance and exit guest and staff hitting one another and parking garage exit was blocked off so many accidents could had happened. The maid staff kept asking me everyday am I checking out is today your check out date. During breakfast the front desk staff did not want to the open the door for me until I showed her my key outside the door. Basically all women staff was very rude and racist I came to celebrate my daughter birthday but staff was just so unprofessional

too noise but nice hotel

despite neighborhood being bit shady, it was a nice small hotel. friendly staff and overall clean beds and room. the only issue was the noise, aside from the traffic noise, the staff played loud music coming from perhaps the cleaning room, also the walls are extremely thin and you could hear everything, because of this noise issue, i wouldn't stay at this hotel again.

You can definitely hear all the noise from the hallway crystal clear, there’s not much quietness in the rooms. The Main Street that is less than 1/2 block away is loud with cars using it as a drag strip at night (was here on a Sunday night). You also hear some airplane sounds from planes landing at the airport, but that luckily ends at some point in the night. This is definitely a one and done from the stay.

I had called several times to Expedia and directly to the hotel to reschedule our booking to Jan 25 and 26 due to our sickness/flu. But neither Expedia and that hotel did not consider our current situation. We were not able to make it obviously because we are too sick and both parties cannot understand it. The free cancellation is only up to dec 25, and we got sick on the 27th. But I am not cancelling, only changing the dates so I’m not asking for a refund. Either I cancel, change the dates or a no show it’s a lose situation for me . Where is the customer service in that? You should still hear out your customers and be flexible to listen to their issues . It will be so stupid to come there sick and all and you don’t even have the concern if we infect you and your other guests?! All I want is to rebook it but what you want and that hotel is to get more money from me. Your service sucks ! This is the most worst customer service experience I ever had ! And that hotel did not even have the nerve to reply to my message. I am so unlucky that I have to experience this and who wants to get sick especially if we are gonna celebrate my daughter’s birthday on the 29th . I will not recommend this hotel and your service too coz you don’t know how to treat your customers the right way!
