I loved my stay it was a 10 out of 10 the breakfast was amazing the staff were great the facility was in a great area close to freeway and shopping

Best doggy hotel.

Front desk Makayla was very helpful in assisting our needs and got an extra room. Amenities were great. Bonus was the accommodation of having 1st floor rooms for the convenience of our big dogs.

Good, not great

Automatic lights in the bathroom is a terrible idea. A frosted bathroom door is a terrible idea. A suite typically implies that you can shut the door to the bedroom, no door for the bedroom. Was not a great stay with a toddler. Carpet was ripped. Utensils were discussing. I had to pay for parking which was a joke. This Hilton hotel is literally attached to a Holiday inn hotel. Cops outside every night. Breakfast was nice but they literally throw everything away and clean up right at 9:00 no matter who's waiting to make food. The pool and recreation area was cute and looked nice. The barbecues were a pleasant surprise. Staff was very nice and friendly and helpful. I am not a Hilton member so I'm pretty sure I got one of the worst rooms.
