Could be better....

The resort fee is Outrageous and is the main reason I won't stay here again nor recommend this property. Front desk staff didn't alert us at check-in that we received a $22 credit until checkout and that was too late. They did credit me one day for a purchase on the day of checkout, but I lost the other day. The staff is really nice, but nobody answers the phone when calling down. That needs to change as well as alerting the guest of the Food and Beverage Credit.
ELIMINATE THE RESORT FEE!!! $48/Day is a MONEY GRAB AND UNPROFESSIONAL!!!
Overall, I won't stay here again, but I will give the Intercontinental Brand another chance to redeem themselves in Bali in December..... Last chance though!!

Not wow…but this hotel was absolutely fine for a leisure trip to San Diego. Centrally located to get to lots of places, the things I liked about the hotel were the size of the room, the pool for a quick swim at the end of the day, the Starbucks downstairs that opens at 5am, the parking underneath the hotel and friendly staff. What I liked less was that housekeeping was a bit hit and miss, the room was really cold even with the ac off, that there is no room service after 9am and the restaurants close not long after that. If the price is right, it’s a good option in San Diego for a leisure stay.
